• How Do I Register?

      To register with Extick simply:

    • Click on Sign Up.
    • Fill in your details.
    • Submit the form.
    • We will send you a welcome e-mail. Click on the verification link.
    • Submit your Compliance Material (a photocopy of your ID card, proof of residence and a blanked-out photocopy of your payment method) for identification, using the Upload function on your account page.
    • Once these have all been verified, you can start trading.

  • Is there a registration fee?

    Extick does not have a registration fee.

  • I am unable to register. What should I do?

    Contact the Exick support team by using our Contact Page.

  • What currencies can I use to deposit into my account?

    USD, EUR, GBP, Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH/BCC), Dash (DASH), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP) & Tether (USDT). Please note that if the currency you deposit in is FIAT currency you will be able to withdraw the deposit in FIAT using the same method and any accumulated profits will be sent VIA bank transfer (SWIFT, SEPA) or cryptocurrency of your choice to a wallet of your choice.

  • How do I deposit money into my account?

    Log into your account.
    From your Account Page, click on the Deposit button and fill in the required parameters. You may use a VISA or Master credit/debit card, prepaid cash cards or cryptocurrency wallets. Alternatively, you may also use a bank transfer (SWIFT, SEPA), subject to the terms of your bank. Extick does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees; however, bank transfer fees are subject to your bank's discretion. If selecting bank Transfer, you will receive the IBAN number of our account. As soon as you have made the transfer, input the SWIFT confirmation number and send us a copy of the confirmation form via email or using the upload function on your account page. If all of your Compliance Materials have been submitted, your deposit will immediately be credited to your account. A wire transfer can take up to 5 days to process, depending on your bank and postal service.

  • What is the maximum deposit with a Credit/Debit Card?

    Using a Credit/Debit Card you may deposit up to 5,000 USD, EUR, GBP per transaction.

  • Which payment methods can I use?

    Extick accepts VISA & Master Credit/Debit cards, Bank transfer (SWIFT, SEPA) and cryptocurrency. Please note no amount less than 100 USD or 100 EUR will be processed.

  • How do I withdraw money from my account?

    Log into your account and click on Withdrawals.

    For Credit/Debit Card Withdrawals Select Card and the amount you wish to withdraw submit and your done. For Bank Transfer fill in Bank name, Bank Address, Bank's IBAN number, its SWIFT or BIC code and your details, as requested. For Cryptocurrency transfers, select coin input wallet address submit and done (Please make sure to put wallet address for selected currency otherwise your funds will be lost forever).

    Please note that all funds will be transferred only using the method you first used for depositing into your trading account.

    Once submitted, the withdrawal amount will appear in your Credit/Debit card within 1-5 business days, subject to all Compliance Materials (including identification forms submitted when opening your account) approval. Bank transfers could take more, depending on your bank and postal procedures. Cryptocurrency transfers are usually instant depending on the coin selected and traffic in that particular blockchain.

  • What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

    The minimal withdrawal amount is 100 USD only for FIAT transactions. Cryptocurrency transactions have no limit. You may withdraw the full amount of your equity, subject to all positions being closed.

  • What is the maximum deposit limit?

    There is no maximum Deposits limit.

  • What is a Swift Code, an IBAN number and a BIC?

    SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area and, whilst it has been phasing in over time, the deadline was 1 February 2014. The idea of SEPA is to make it easier to transfer money and electronic payments between the countries within the SEPA area. This means a smoother, borderless payments zone. In other words, it should be just as easy to send money from London to Rotterdam as it is to send money from London to Birmingham. Swift is a bank's internationally identified Business Identifier Code (BIC). When providing your Swift code for wire transfer deposits or withdrawals, ensure that it is comprised of 11 characters. If there are 8, add 3 “X”s (XXX) at the end. IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a series of 34 alphanumerical numbers that identifies a bank account across all banks and countries. BIC. A BIC (Bank Identifier Code) is the SWIFT Address assigned to a bank in order to send automated payments quickly and accurately to the banks concerned. It uniquely identifies the name and country, (and sometimes the branch) of the bank involved.

  • What is the importance of Compliance Materials?

    Compliance documents must be submitted before activating a trading account to prevent money laundering in accordance with international AML (Anti Money Laundering Law) and for the security of the investor, as well. They are called “Compliance Documents since they must comply with KYC (Know Your Client) directives issued by regulatory agencies around the worlds. They include:

    1. A photo ID, which can be a regular government-issued ID card, a passport, a driver's license, etc.
    2. Proof of residency: Usually the payment receipt of a public utility bill (water, electricity, municipal tax, etc.) with your name and address, issued within the past 6 months.
    3. Method of payment: For a credit/debit card transactions, a photocopy of both sides of the card with the first 12 digits and CVV hidden. Leave only the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card number, your name and date of expiry uncovered. For Bank Transfer no requirements.

    You can submit Compliance Materials, either by email or using the Upload function on your account page. (Please note only PHOTO ID is necessary for cryptocurrency deposits)

  • Will I have to pay taxes on my income?

    Taxes are your responsibility. What types of income are taxable and to what degree are decided by your country of residence.

  • How safe am I?

    At Extick your peace of mind our main priority. All of your transactions are SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted and equity is deposited through Tier 1 banking institutions.

  • How do I trade?

    As soon as your account has been approved and you have made your first deposit, access Exticks trading platform. Choose an asset from the Assets window. You can now examine the asset's chart. Here, you can switch between line and candlestick charts, and apply various indicators and charting instruments. Then select either Buy or Short and a Pop-up window will appear. Enter an amount you are willing to invest and then confirm your choice. Once confirmed, your position will appear under the Open Trades tab. At this point, you can modify your positions take profit and stop loss. Once you close your trade it will appear in the closed trades tab.

  • Is there any software to install?

    No. The trading platform by Extick is web-based. Simply make sure you are on-line, log into your account and click on the Trade Button. If you opt to use the mobile application, you will need to download the application from the App store or Play Store before entering your login details to access the trading platform.

  • What rates are displayed on the platform?

    The rate displayed upon the asset's chart is its current value; the rate displayed in the Open Trades window is the strike price of the trade (its value when the position was opened). Please note that although these rates are based on live feeds there will usually be a variation of several pips/satoshis, based on the price at which Extick is willing to trade that asset.

  • Where can I see my trading history?

    You can see your trading history under the Open Trades tab or on the Closed trades tab depending on what you want to see. You may also examine your complete trading history by accessing it through your account page.

  • Why am I unable to trade?

  • How can I submit a complaint?

    For complaints about the website, platform or any other topic, please feel free to contact our support team using the online form or any of the options on the Contact Page.

  • What can I do if I forget my password?

    In the Login window, enter your user name or email and click on Forgot Password. A Password Reset link will be sent by email. Click on it and follow the instructions

  • Where can I update my personal details?

    On your Accounts Page, click on Personal Details. You can update most relevant information, except for Payment Method details and Currency. You can also contact our support team.
